CONVENTIONAL RECRUITMENT

Under the conventional recruitment approach, hiring for any position, regardless of its level, is managed as a standard requirement. Typically, this process is facilitated through "Placement Agency" model, where professional charges are standardized - commonly 8.33% of the Gross Salary or the CTC, as agreed mutually between the parties. EXECUTIVE SEARCH (Ex-Search)

Executive Search represents a more focused and strategic approach to sourcing and hiring, distinctively different from conventional recruitment. This method is typically employed for higher-level positions that demand strong assessment/ decision-making capabilities and leadership qualities, such as Unit Heads, Division Heads, or Vertical Heads.

Unlike conventional recruitment, Ex-Search involves a tailored process with limited but highly relevant responses. Candidates sourced through this method are almost guaranteed to rise to the final interview stage, ensuring minimal competition and an almost negligible rejection rate. Professional charges for Ex-Search are significantly higher than those in conventional recruitment reflecting the criticality and exclusivity of these roles.

HEADHUNTING

Headhunting is a person-targeted and strategic recruitment approach used for known, identified, or preferred candidates who are often directly assigned by the company or institution. This method focuses on influencing the potential recruit (recruitee) through personalized interactions, such as personal meetings/ dinner meets.

Acting as a catalyst, Headhunting aims to attract and secure the attention of the recruitee by building a strong rapport and influencing compelling opportunities. Since the recruitee is usually already known to the organization, the process involves wise efforts to finalize the hiring. Headhunting incurs significantly higher professional charges compared to other recruitment methods.
